Shipping policy

To guarantee the freshness of your blooms, we dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery, ensuring delivery by 1pm.

Please note, all floral orders require a minimum of 2 working days' notice prior to the delivery date.

Local Delivery is available within Birmingham. 

As each floral arrangement is carefully packaged individually, we are unable to dispatch multiple items together. Therefore, separate delivery charges will apply for each item.

Saturday deliveries are subject to an additional charge. Please make sure to select the appropriate shipping fee at checkout; otherwise, your order will not be processed until the correct fee is paid.
